Detective Blurr has to come to terms with owning a "Constructed" called Shockwave— a super-soldier who's been repurposed to aid the Cybertronian Security Force as a tracker. As their lives begin to intertwine, they learn of each other's pasts, and begin to question the foundation that keeps the Commonwealth running.
